Our Services
If your pet has a condition that is currently being treated by your vet and could benefit from physiotherapy then veterinary consent is required by law. This can be obtained by calling your veterinary surgeon and asking them to simply fill in our form under our vet referral tab.
If you are looking for maintenance or competition care then veterinary consent is not required. Just send us an email and we will get you booked in. If you are unsure whether you require vet referral, please contact us.
We often advise seeing patients for three to four sessions, but of course, we will provide a clear roadmap before commencing treatment.

Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy sessions include an analysis of gait in both walk and trot (photos/videos may be taken for deeper analysis with your consent). Any action points are discussed with you and an individual treatment plan formulated. During these sessions we utilise techniques such as laser, ultrasound, hot and cold therapy, targeted massage and muscular re-education via therapeutic exercises
Massage Only Session
Massage is a great tool in our arsenal to help reduce any adhesions, restrictions, and improve joint range of motions. These sessions can really allow us to work at a deeper level and spend some time on difficult areas. We usually advise sporting patients (like humans) would benefit from a massage every six months to a year after the age of 2, however in older patients this can also be very beneficial.
Electrotherapy Only Session
We currently provide four different electrotherapy modalities. these include:
- Class 3 laser - great for painful joints or tense trigger points
- Ultrasound (1MHz and 3MHz) - great for tendinous injuries, muscle strains/tears and restrictions
- Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy - great for deep injuries such as sacroiliac dysfunction
- Hot and cold therapy
